About VizGEC

The 3rd annual workshop on Visualisation in Genetic and Evolutionary Computation (VizGEC), to be held at GECCO 2012 in Philadelphia, is intended to explore, evaluate and promote current visualisation developments in the area of genetic and evolutionary computation. We invite short papers of up to 8 pages presenting novel developments in one or more of these areas, or other areas relevant to visualisation in an evolutionary context. The call for papers is now available. Important dates are as follows:

  • Paper submission deadline: 19 March 2012
  • Notification of acceptance: 9 April 2012
  • Final papers due: 16 April 2012
  • GECCO workshops: 7-8 July 2012
